Skin Renewal From the Inside Out
Microneedling works with your skin's own repair process rather than against it. Using the PRX Pen, a series of fine, medical-grade needles create thousands of tiny microchannels across the skin's surface. Those controlled micro-injuries are just enough to signal the body to respond, prompting fresh collagen and elastin where the skin needs it most.
The result is gradual and natural looking. Over a series of sessions, texture becomes smoother, pores look more refined, and the overall surface of the skin feels firmer and more even. It is a minimally invasive way to address concerns like acne scarring, fine lines, and uneven tone without heat, harsh chemicals, or significant downtime.

The PRX MicroGlow Approach
At Kallos Health, microneedling is paired with the PRX skin booster system in a protocol known as PRX MicroGlow. The microchannels created by the PRX Pen allow the PRX treatments to work in synergy with the skin's natural renewal response, combining mechanical and topical stimulation for a more complete result.
Every session starts with a look at your skin and your goals so the depth and approach can be tailored to you. Most clients do best with a short series of treatments spaced a few weeks apart, followed by occasional maintenance. Your provider will walk you through what to expect, how to prepare, and how to care for your skin afterward so the results hold.

What does microneedling help with?
It is commonly used to improve skin texture, soften the appearance of acne scarring and fine lines, refine the look of pores, and support overall skin renewal.
How many sessions will I need?
Most clients see the best results with a short series of treatments spaced a few weeks apart, though the exact number depends on your skin and your goals.
Is there any downtime?
Microneedling is minimally invasive. Mild redness similar to a light sunburn is normal for a day or two, and most people return to their routine right away.
Does the treatment hurt?
A numbing cream is applied beforehand to keep you comfortable. Most clients describe the sensation as mild and very manageable.
